  Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On May 15, 2019, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Bionik Laboratories Corp. (the “Company”) approved a bonus to Eric Dusseux, the Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company, in the amount of $225,564, representing a bonus for fiscal 2019. In addition, the Board also approved bonuses to the named executive officers of the Company which were materially consistent with the previously disclosed terms of the named executive officers’ employment agreements, representing bonuses for fiscal 2019.
